Not happy with the fit

I ordered medium and am not comfortable with the fit. They feel more like a small than a medium. I have used medium with all other tips in the past.Additional comment 2/21/13I was contacted by customer service at Comply and they have kindly offered to send me the large size tips to see if that will work better for me.I find that sort of customer support to be extraordinary and rare in this day and age. I'll update the review once I receive the new pair.
