Really stay in place.

These are the first ear-buds that I have been able to keep in my ears! They stayed in even while mowing grass and doing yardwork. They are so comfortable I didn't even feel them. Normally, my ears get sore from having to cram the buds in tightly to get them stay. I like that they provide 3 sizes so you can customize the fit. I even used a different size in the right vs the left side. It takes some practice to learn how to put them in. They have 2 minor drawbacks: the ear canal isn't sealed tightly, so outside noise isn't blocked as well. The end of your earbud that you put in the tip pops out too easily. It is a quick fix, but annoying. I still give the product an overall rating of 5 stars for the comfort and performance. (Please note that this product is a replacement tip that you put on your own set of earbuds.)

Nice idea poorly executed

When I run with my earbuds in, they often come loose as I sweat, so I have to adjust them every few minutes. I thought the BudLoks would be a good idea to replace the normal in-ear tips. In fact, they are quite comfortable and keep the earpieces in place. Unfortunately the BudLoks are apparently not meant to seal in the ear canal, so the sound quality using them is awful if you're replacing pads on sound isolating buds (which seems like the type the BudLoks are targeted at) . Absolutely no bass, and the rest of the music has a distant, tinny quality. I tried these for a few minutes, compared them to the standard ear pads, and then threw the BudLoks away. Save your $12.99.

The earbuds do as they say they do. The only problems that I have with them is that you can't wear them for too long. They begin to hurt my ears and if you are used to not hearing any outside noise then these are not for you. I gave it a 5 because they do what they say but they hurt and now I have to raise my volume higher so I can hear my music when riding the train.
