Get the right size

I ordered these and assumed I would get the medium size for an average adult. They sent me small size tips which fit loosely and don't block out the sound. So I returned them and ordered the medium size direct from the Comply website. The Comply P Series Foam Tips (Black) 3-Pair Pack, Medium come in medium, but for the white or platinum color apparently you need to order direct from the manufacturer. Comply makes the P-Series foam tips in small, medium, and large.With the right size, these are the most best and comfortable ear tips out there, better than any of the stock silicone or foam tips that come with earphones. I like the p-series because they are a little deeper for a more secure fit and better sound isolation.

These are great. Easy and comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Excellent isolation. I have used them with my Future Sonics Atrio's and my Westone 3's. They work great for both.To make them last longer I periodically soak them with very hot (not boiling) water and then let them dry.

Comfortable and quiet

These are the most comfortable earpiece tips I have tried so far. They appear to be as comfortable as foam earplugs (which I regard as the gold standard of comfort). They are also almost as quiet as foam earplugs.The next most comfortable tips I have used have been the small size 3-cone Etymotic tips. These tips, however, have become painful on the fifth day of a six-day trip. So far, I have not taken a trip this long with these tips, but I have hopes that they will be better than the Etymotics.
