A lifesaver for my headphones

I purchased these because after a few years the foam on my Sennheiser HD 515's started to disintegrate big time and I would end up with foam flakes in my ears. It was disgusting.The replacement ear pads are actually two pieces -- one to replace the foam around the periphery and one to replace the inner insert that covers the speaker itself. Both snap into place and are a perfect fit.

I've bee searching for about 4 years, trying to find these for the 515. Stereo stores say they have them but can't find them when I want to buy them. Online "specialty" stores only have higher end models ear pads. These are the exact same as the ones in my pair, not some knockoff generic type. I will be stocking up on a few more pairs for the future.

These pads are exactly like the ear pads that originally came with my HD515's. Replacing the pads was quick and easy as well once I figured out I needed to apply a little more force than I expected to get the pads to come off.
