Tale of a Chewed Ear Pad!

As anyone who own's this particular brand of Beats knows that the headphone pads come off fairly easily. One day I was using my Beats and then put them around my neck. I didn't notice that one of the pads fell until I went to put the phones back on. My lovely dog Onyx never misses an opportunity to turn things into chew toys and this pad was demolished!Fortunately Amazon has everything for sell under the sun including the kitchen sink so I found Ron's Electronics and purchased. Waited, waited, and waited. Checked UPS and they said that they delivered the package! o_O I think not! Never had a package not show up and/or stolen so had to cancel the order. Explained my situation to Ron(yes his name is Ron) and he returned my call on a Sunday and was able to get me replacement pads with the help of his associate Trevor (who took my order while he was on vacation. What a sweetheart!). One of the best experiences I've ever had with a seller and will certainly use them in the future!The pads themselves are pretty easy to assemble. They take a bit of finesse I find, but coo coo caa choo they're on and I'm rocking and rolling like before!

I workout in my headphones and this product has helped me to keep my headphones as good as new.Installation can be a little tricky. Luckily the seller was a joy to work with and Trevor from their customer service department walked me through the installation process over the phone.I made this video to share my learning curve with you and to demonstrate how to change the ear pads trouble free.Hopefully I've saved someone a little bit of time.
