Comfortable, stays in the ear

Most sleeves are too small for my ears and have a tendency to fall out. These Shure tips fit well and stay in the ear. You hardly notice they're in your ear once they've settled.They're a good upgrade for the standard tips on many headphones. I use them with Westone UM-1's with no trouble, and they work better than the default Comply tips.Each set lasts quite a while, but they still give you a lot of them in the package. They'll last for years.To get a good fit, roll them between your fingers, then insert them into your ear canal. They'll expand within about 20 seconds, forming a comfortable, snug fit.

I have Shure SE-210's. They're not the top of the line, but their not Apple ear buds either. These things though make them sound awesome. And even better, I can't hear anything else with them on. So if you have Shure's, with small ears, these are the things to shove in your ears.

Much more comfortable than the original yellow foam tips

I've had Shure E3c's for over three years now and have traveled around the world with them (several times, actually). These replacement inserts are made of soft foam, similar to the material used in foam earplugs, and are much more comfortable than both the original yellow foam tips that came with the earphones and the silicone "triple flange" tips that I also purchased earlier. As a result, I can wear the earphones longer on those long flights without developing the earaches that the other tips gave me. I think the Small size might actually be a better fit for me, but the cost of each 5-pack is high enough that I haven't done so yet. I would rather be able to buy a 2-pack for ~$5, as I never replace the tips anyways. Because of the pricing, I'm only giving this product 4 stars instead of 5, but it's highly recommended for Shure earphone owners who have not tried them yet.
