These fit perfectly in the V6 'phones. The original pads had a layer of foam between your ear and the speakers - these have just cloth, and I believe the sound is crisper for that. I feel like I have a brand-new set of phones!

I got these with the plan that if they didn't work out I'd get the more expensive Sony replacements. I was pleasantly surprised when they came - these seemed as good as the originals that I replaced. They were difficult to install but I don't know how they could have been easier - you want a tight fit (and I expect the Sony pads would have been the same). If (okay, when) these wear out I'll get another pair. The Sony version seems way to expensive compared to these when these work so well. Now I'm not embarassed to bring out my 7506's or to let others wear them!
