A bit smaller than the original pair of ear cushions.

Diameter smaller than original. Tabs that held the original cushions in place were not sufficient for holding the replacement pads. Required glue to set firmly in headphone ear-shell .

Not OEM but pretty close. I prefer the Bose ones, but was not willing to spend the money to replace them.
