I love the Etymotic head set and these replacement eartips were just the ticket when I lose one! The triple-flange makes for a great "ear plug" type seal and allows you to really hear whatever you're listening to. Even in my race car they really dampen the engine noise and allow me to hear the race director on our headsets.

I am not pleased.

These are not the same size as the gray ear-flanges that came with my Etymotic ER-6i earbuds. They are a full size smaller, I believe, but somewhat larger than the small (semi-clear) Etymotic flanges. In other words they don't fit my ear holes well. In fact I think one has fallen into my brainpan and is bumping around in there. If someone has the correct size ones somewhere, I'm darned if I can find them. Ce la Vie.
