Excellent - very comfortable

This is probably a personal preference thing. My mother could not manage with the foam tips, she would only wear the Ears for 15 minutes and them complain her ears were very sore. Certainly they looked very red. I got her the silicone ones and she loves them. She wears the Ears all the time now and enoys all the shows and movies she couldn't hear before. I figure they must be comfortable, as she falls asleep with them in every night! Good purchase.

silicon ear tips are ok

I bought these for my 90 yr old Dad. He was using the foam ear tips prior to these. He says that they are OK but felt that the foam ones are more comfortable. So far the silicon have stayed on the headphones while the foam ones would fall off & we would be constantly searching for it. I'm sure it's totally a personal preference based on how comfortable they are in your ears.
